Roller hockey player snaps and violently attacks opponent with his stick during game
Anytime you play competitive and physical sports tempers have the tendency to flare. While usually individuals are able to control themselves every now and then someone loses control. That's exactly what happened in the following video.
While details are scarce it's clear that this player has clearly had better days. After something appears to be said from the bench, the player in white returns and violently swings his stick at the player in the dark colored jersey. After a couple slashes, the player in white delivers a cross check sending his opponent tumbling over the bench.
The play was quickly stopped and it appears the player in white was ejected, but one of the most telling signs is that no one came to the aid of the player on the receiving end of the attack. Usually when no one comes to a teammates defense, it tells you everything you need to know about that person.
Either way, this player is likely looking at a lengthy ban.
