Remember those diving stacking the pads saves, from back in the 90s? Well tonight we got a throwback courtesy of Tampa Bay Lightning's goaltender, Brian Elliott. Elliott made a diving pad stack save that NHL legends Bill Ranford and John Vanbiesbrouck would have been proud of.
The save came after the Montreal Canadiens had a two-on-one and Christian Dvorak tried to get the Canadiens back into the game, while down 2-0. Dvorak pick his spot and shot but Brian Elliott had the answer with a sweet pad stack!
