The internet absolutely roasts Tim Stutzle's new magazine cover
This 2021-22 National Hockey League season has been a horror show of sorts for a lot of teams, none more than the Ottawa Senators. Near the bottom of the league standings for the entirety of the year, there doesn't seem to be too much hope for the future. Aside from of course the obvious answers like Brady Tkachuk and Tim Stutzle.
However, the latter in Stutzle has drawn his fair share of criticism in recent weeks surrounding his embellishment. His antics have drawn the ire of Brendan Gallagher, and Yanni Gourde as well as fan bases around the NHL. At no point has Stutzle denied the fact that he embellishes calls, he can't be happy with his dwindling reputation around the league.
This week, Faces magazine, an Ottawa-based magazine released a preview of next month's cover athlete. You guessed it, the cover athlete is Tim Stutzle.
It didn't take long for fans to jump all over him, and some of the are amazing:
It's clear the internet isn't going to let Timmy live down his diving reputation anytime soon.
