Tristan Jarry slide tackles Leon Draisaitl (Video)
During tonight's game between the Edmonton Oilers versus Pittsburgh Penguins an odd play caught fans attention. On a delayed penalty Tristan Jarry leaves the net and heads for the bench. On his way Jarry initiates contact with Leon Draisaitl.
As Draisaitl tries to push through, Jarry's leg comes out and begins to trip Leon. Before Leon goes down Jarry shoots out his other leg and trips Draisaitl.
Surprisingly on the play the referees on the ice didn't think this play was worthy of any sort of penalty. This is just another example of goalies getting away with more than any skater ever would. After two periods the Penguins trail the Oilers 5-3.
