Johnny Gaudreau's sister-in-law Lily Morris shares her thoughts on Instagram about losing him
Johnny Gaudreau's sister-in-law Lily Morris shared a touching tribute regarding her brother-in-law over Instagram.
Memories and tributes keep appearing across social media for Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau after the passing of the two. This time Meredith's sister, Johnny's sister-in-law Lily has shared a post expressing her feelings about losing Johnny.
On Instagram late last evening Lily posted a heartfelt message that had to be difficult to share, but nevertheless, she did. In it, she wrote:
I love you, John. You are and always will be my amazing brother, Cannot put into words how grateful I am to have spent the last year living with you. Best decision I've ever made. Nothing I wouldn't do to have one more day of baking you cookies, watching a crime documentary, and having a sauna jame sesh together. I'll see you again for more deal or no deal and word search races that I will never beat you in. I promise to take care of your babies and Mer forever.

The tragedy that took the lives of Johnny and Matthew is touching everyone and those immediately affected have been slowly sharing their thoughts and feelings about the tremendous loss of the brothers.
Losing anyone is difficult and some of the most painstaking moments of one's life, but losing people so young is a situation nobody expects and therefore prepares for.
The important thing is that the family is there for each other and the response from the hockey community and community at large hopefully helps them through these difficult moments.
