Paul Bissonette provides major update on Auston Matthews
Paul Bissonnette is openly one of the biggest Toronto Maple Leafs homers currently broadcasting. Biznasty has thrown his full support behind the Maple Leafs, even doing as far as to remix an Oasis song in his support.
This afternoon Biz put in his NHL insider cap and is currently reporting that tonight the Leafs will get a major boost to their lineup. According to Biz the Core Four will be assembling for just the second time this series with Matthews looking to make his impending return.
Hearing rumblings the CORE FOUR will be assembling tonight. #BeLeaf
The Maple Leafs fell behind in the series 3-1, but have won the last two games without Matthews to even the series. There is no indication what changes Sheldon Keefe will make it the roster but it wouldn't be a surprise to see Noah Gregor come out of the lineup in place of Matthews.
Game 7 goes tonight at 8 pm in Boston.
