WWE Honors The Gaudreau Brothers on WWE Raw Show With Classy Tribute
The world continues to honor the lives of Matthew and Johnny Gaudreau who had their lives tragically taken in a accident in Salem County, New Jersey, after being hit by a car while on their bikes.
The WWE were hosting their Raw show in Calgary last night. They referenced the Gaudreau brothers multiple times during the live broadcast.
WWE wrestler Sami Zayn honored Johnny Gaudreau by coming to the ring wearing Johnny Hockey's #13 Flames jersey.
The WWE would show a very classy tribute video for the Gaudreau brothers with Jackie Redmond speaking on how much Johnny meant to the city of Calgary. There are shots outside the arena showing all the flowers and other memorabilia left.
Johnny spent nine seasons in Calgary after getting drafted 104th overall during the 2011 NHL draft. He signed a seven-year deal with Columbus in the summer of 2022.
The funeral service was held on Monday for the two brothers with an overflowing crowd in attendance.
Our hearts go out to all the family and friends of the Matthew and Johnny who are grieving this unimaginable tragedy.
