Jonathan Quick has been traded again
After being acquired by the Columbus Blue Jackets from the Los Angeles Kings, Jonathan Quick made it clear he wasn't happy about his new home. Quick was hoping to contend for a Stanley Cup in what could be one of his final seasons in the NHL. That wasn't going to be possible in Columbus.
It appears after a brief stint in Columbus, to which he never reported, that Quick will be heading back West. According to Darren Dreger the rumored deal between the Blue Jackets and the Vegas Golden Knights has finally been completed.
Told the trade is agreed upon, Quick is aware and is going to Vegas.
The deal will give the Knights a durable starting goalie while also give Quick an opportunity to compete for another Stanley Cup.
