Unsold Coyotes jerseys were reportedly given to certain Goodwill stores in the state of Arizona.

With the Arizona Coyotes now gone, fans of the team and even uniform lovers in general have a pretty unique opportunity to get their hands on some of the team's official merchandise.

According to Craig Morgan of PHNX Sports, the Arizona Coyotes reportedly had to buy back any unsold products from the team store at Mullett Arena. Instead of doing so, they had Goodwill stores pick up merchandise that was in storage.

Morgan went on to mention that the Coyotes did go back and pick up some of the jerseys and other merchandise from Goodwill, but that a lot of it had already been distributed to stores in the East and West Valley.

"I was told the Coyotes had to buy back any unsold product from the team shop at Mullett.
They just had Goodwill pick everything up that was in storage.
Be on the lookout, @ArizonaCoyotes fans." Craig Morgan said.

Morgan added, "Ashley Mason from Goodwill says the Coyotes did pick up some of the merch from Goodwill, but a lot of it had already been distributed to Goodwill stores in the East Valley and some in the West Valley (Surprise).
Happy Goodwill hunting..."

It's safe to say that the Coyotes had some of the best uniforms and logo in the entire National Hockey League and the fact we won't be seeing them on the ice this fall or anytime soon is a bit disappointing.

With Alex Muruelo now out of the picture in Arizona, it's going to be interesting to see if any other prospective ownership groups pop up and try to bring back the Coyotes as an expansion team at some point down the road.
