Report - Woman found in Valeri Nichushkin's room was allegedly drugged or had alcohol poisoning
Whatever happened in the hotel room of Valeri Nichushkin is slowly beginning to leak out. While details remained scarce initially they have begun to emerge. Recently it was noted that a female had been removed from Nichushkin's room and taken to hospital by EMS.
Today more details became released and some of them are rather disturbing. The details today were released during public disclosure and contain a 911 call made about the incident.
"We suspect someone might have OD'd on alcohol potentially or something got mixed in a drink, we don't know yet," the caller states.
When asked by the dispatcher whether the woman, 28, was conscious and awake, the caller replied: "They're hanging in there at the moment." He then added: "She is awake at the moment, but she's fading."

The call came in at 3:20 p.m. as the Colorado Avalanche were preparing to board their bus to the arena for their game, three matchup against the Seattle Kraken. Nichushkin however did not board the bus and has not been seen in public since. He was not a part of the team's locker room clean out and has not spoken to the media since.
These details paint a real picture of a troubling incident that occurred behind closed doors. It is unclear if we will ever receive full information, but this could be a real problem for the Avalanche going forward.
