Ottawa Senators General Manager tries to compliment his best player but instead insults all European players
Over the last few days, Ottawa Senators General Manager, Pierre Dorion has been making the rounds on the podcast circuit. With multiple appearances over the past week Dorion has had an opportunity to share some really interesting stories. However during one of those appearances a slip up by Dorion has caught everyone's attention.
During an appearance on the Cam & Strick Podcast Dorion was attempting to talk about his top player Tim Stutzle. When describing him Dorion elected to use the following phrase.
Has character for a European.
This comment was immediately trashed by fans.
This is a surprising take from a General Manager like Dorion to make, but was it just a slip of the tongue or is this still a prevailing thought process?
