Arber Xhekaj proves why he's the sheriff, rag dolls opponent during heated tilt
There's not many players that play the game the way Arber Xhekaj, he's a different breed. Strong, physical, fast and someone who's willing to take on all customers without a second thought. Which is something to be admired.
Xhekaj, who's currently playing in the American Hockey League has continued to bring his physical brand of hockey to the Laval Rocket and last night when they took on the Belleville Senators was no different when he dropped the gloves with Senators forward Brennan Saulnier; take a look.
As soon as the gloves are down, the punches start coming fast and furious with Saulnier landing the first shot before Xhekaj takes over and lands a barrage of punches before judo flipping Saulnier to the ice.
Xhekaj Is certainly making a name for himself in the AHL like he did in the NHL last year, there's no way anyone should be wanting to drop the gloves with him if that's how the fights end.
