The Pittsburgh Penguins and the Buffalo Sabres are renewing hostilities in Buffalo today and it didn't take long for the bad blood from the preseason to boil over.
In the 2nd period with the Penguins leading 1-0, what started as a scrum in the Pittsburgh crease turned into tempers getting out of hand as Kris Letang and Nathan Krebs go at it and Letang gets the extra shot in while Krebs is on the ice; take a look.

Krebs rightfully so loses his mind after Letang lands the extra shot and the two players have to be physically separated going to the box, but things don't stop there.
Crosby fought Krebs in the preseason while coming to the defence of Letang. This could be the carry over from that, but either way, you never hit a player while they're on the ice, poor class from Letang, you never break the code.
With this game still having a period to go, fireworks could still ignite. One thing is for sure, this is a must see game simply because of how heated this has become.
