New York Fire Fighter lands devastating knockout punch late in the 3rd period, stunning Police Officer
Every year the New York Fire Department faces off against the New York Police Department in their annual hockey game. The game usually features hire emotions and some overall good hockey. Unfortunately for one member of the NYPD team he may have a difficult time remembering what exactly happened after he had his lights shut out by a massive right hand.
The fight occurred late in the 3rd period, with approximately 30 seconds left in the game. As the two square off Peretta (FDNY) faced off against Hall (NYPD). Hall has a reputation for being a troublemaker, having previously set off a brawl during a previous year's game. Unfortunately for Hall, Peretta came at him fast and furious before switching hands and catching him clean.
Hall would be okay after regaining his composure, but it was clear Peretta and the FDNY came to play ultimately winning the game on the score sheet and in the trenches.
