There has definitely been a resurgence of fighting in the NHL, but tonight Jarred Tinordi and Scott Sabourin went at it when the Chicago Blackhawks played the Sharks.

Some say fighting in dying in todays game of hockey, if the 2023-24 season has proved anything it's that fighting in the National Hockey League seems be be alive and well.

Tonight's game between the Chicago Blackhawks and San Jose Sharks is an example of that as Jarred Tinordi and Scott Sabourin drop the gloves for an epic tilt; take a look.

The fight started with Tinordi throwing everything he had at Sabourin and connecting a whole lot, only for Sabourin to return the favour and knock Tinordi's helmet off in the process.

The two do eventually agree to be separated by the referees but both men had their moments in this fight as they've been known to during their career.

Fights are alive and well in the NHL and I for one, am here for it.
