The Toronto Maple Leafs have been accused of circumventing the Salary Cap before as have many teams, but now the National Hockey League may have to look into the Leafs after Ryan Reaves latest comments.
According to Russian Machine Never Breaks, Reaves has stated he's been healthy for a long time, despite still being on Injured Reserve, calling into question the Leafs ethics; Take a look.
