18 year old Russian Hockey Player Sadly Passes Away
There is sad news to report in the hockey world as 18 year old, Russian hockey player Roman Zyryanov has sadly passed away. It is being reported that Zyryanov passed away after being hit by a train.
Zyryanov played three seasons with the Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod program from U16- U18. His last season was in 2022-23 where he scored one goal and four points in two games.
This is the second death of a player in Torpedo system in less than a month. On May 15th, 14 year old, Rulvan Bazhenov was found dead after being hit by a train.
Many people battle with mental illness and it sadly claimed two more victims.
