22-year old hockey player murdered outside of a cafe
According to Sport24, 22-year-old Roman Didur was stabbed to death today outside of a cafe in Moscow. Didur is reported to have to gotten into a disagreement with a man inside of a cafe that eventually spilled outside. When outside the other man reportedly pulled a knife and stabbed Didur. Didur succumbed to his injuries while waiting for medical attention.
Within 3-hours of the incident an arrest was made of a 37-year-old local. The man was apparently hiding in a nearby apartment. The suspect currently remains in police custody in interrogation.
Roman Didur was member of the MSHL until the 2017-18 season. Didur played in a 165 games at different levels. He remained apart of the local amateur hockey club at the time of his death.
