Alex Ovechkin gets to enjoy a very special reunion

The Washington Capitals were hoping to have another long playoff run. Unfortunately for them, it didn't pan out
that way. The Capitals lost to the President's Trophy winning, Florida Panthers in 6 games.
The only good news that came out of the Caps eliminations, was for some of the players. Most notably for someone like Alex Ovechkin, who has been unable to see his family for months. With the Capitals loss Ovechkin was able to return home for an extended summer.
Due to COVID restrictions Ovechkin's family has remained at home in Europe so he's only been able to see them sparingly. So as you can imagine the reunion was obviously very emotional for Ovi and family.
