Arizona Coyotes unveil new third jerseys, they're fitting for a team that plays in a college Arena
The Arizona Coyotes just announced the team's third jersey this year and are calling them Desert Nights. These sweaters are a little similar to the red and white colouring the team used wear with the monotone coyote head back a few seasons ago.
The maroon and white colours go well together and although there is no actual coyote logo, the word Arizona is written across the jersey. I especially like the attention to detail with the crescent moon in the upper right part of the jersey. Check out the photos on Twitter to get a glimpse of what they look like.
It was announced the Coyotes will wear these jerseys fourteen times this season. With the season schedule already half over, you'll be seeing the Coyotes wear these jerseys quite a bit until the end of the season.
At least the team is attempting a fresh look, it's a look fitting for where they play. A college calibre look for a college calibre team, but hey, at least they're leaning into it.
