Auston Matthews taunts the Dallas crowd after scoring OT winner
Auston Matthews is quickly making a case to be recognized as the best player to ever wear the Maple Leaf. He's done everything but win a playoff series for the franchise.
Tonight, in Dallas he scored his 55th goal of the season in the 2nd period. This goal moved Matthews past Rick Vaive into sole possession of the single season goal records for the Maple Leafs. But Matthews wasn't done there, he went on to become the single season goal record holder for American born players.
But Matthews wasn't done after scoring the game winner he embraced his role as a villain as he taunted the Dallas crowd after ending the game in impressive fashion.
