Bill Guerin fires back at Cam Talbot - ''I don't have s*** to do''
The Minnesota Wild have an interesting situation developing between goaltender Cam Talbot's agent George Bazos and General Manager, Bill Guerin on the draft floor in Montreal.
According to TSN's Pierre Lebrun, it sounds as if Talbot wants out of Minnesota and fast.
We both stated our position and Billy has a lot to think about.
This statement by Bazos clearly didn't go over will with Guerin. Moments ago, according to Michael Russo of The Athletic, Guerin fired back saying:
«I don't have shit to do. Cam Talbot's under contract. George can say whatever the hell he wants. My team's set right now, and that's the way it goes. We can have all the discussions we want. Cam's a member of our team. We really like Cam. All we're trying to do is win.
It seems as Guerin is bringing the same tenacity he did as a player to his role as GM. I think Guerin has a right to be angry here, an agent trying to strong arm him during one of the busiest times In the off-season had that response coming. Guerin could have been a little more tactful about his approach though
