At the beginning of the New York Rangers and St. Louis Blues game on Thursday night with the teams still tied at zeroes, the St.Louis Blues gave up a two on one that looked like it would be a sure goal.
Ryan Strome and Dryden Hunt of the Rangers, made multiple beautiful passes for what looked like a sure goal. As Hunt was about to put the puck in the empty net, Blues goalie Ville Husso stuck out his toes and robbed what looked to be a sure sure goal.
There have been a lot of strong contenders for save of the year but this may be the best one yet.
