Columbus Blue Jackets release a veteran from his professional tryout
Another day and another veteran player has been released from their professional tryout. Victor Rask has had a rough time in the NHL trying to find a home, as his last two seasons, he finished with the Minnesota Wild and Seattle Kraken.
Rask had a disappointing slide in production before Minnesota decided to move him to Seattle in 2021-2022.
SEATTLE, Wash. - March 21, 2022 - Today, the Seattle Kraken (@SeattleKraken) announced that they have acquired forward Victor Rask from the Minnesota Wild in exchange for future considerations. Minnesota will retain 50 percent of Rask's contract, and he will report to Charlotte (AHL).
