ECHL Player gets TKO'd after eating 10 unanswered shots
The Wheeling Nailers and Iowa Heartlanders of the ECHL are definitely not fans of one and other. The two teams share a mutual disdain for each other than runs deep. That was on full display tonight as in the 1st period the two teams combined for 2 fights and 28 penalty minutes.
While one of those fights was evenly matched, the other was one of the most lopsided tilts you'll ever see. Felix Pare of the Nailers dropped the gloves Justin Wells of the Heartlanders. Unfortunately for Wells the fight doesn't go as I'm sure he planned.
During the fight Pare throws 10 punches and lands all 10, while Wells attempts a much different strategy. Unfortunately the strategy of catching all 10 punches with his face without throwing one of his own, didn't work out well.
