Jake Allen gives a hilarious quote about being 'hot and h*rny'
Martin St. Louis and Kent Hughes have been a revelation for the Montreal Canadiens, elevating players like Cole Caulfield and Nick Suzuki making the team exciting--yet again.
Jake Allen recently had something to say about how feels the energy of the Canadiens never seems to die.
Jake Allen: "...you get all hot & horny at the start of the year - every team is - you get piss & vinegar in your pants, you're ready to rock then sometimes it get a little bit stale but I don't find with this group; we have a lot of youth here, a lot of enthusiasm...
I think that's one thing Marty & his staff try to preach every day is bringing enthusiasm to the rink whether we come off a couple losses in a row or a couple wins in a row, we try to have that same mindset..."
Despite the fact, the Canadiens are 14-14-2 in a rebuilding year, Allen feels confident in the group he plays with and it definitely showed on the ice early in the year.
At one point the most dynamic line of the Habs featured Kirby Dach, Nick Suzuki, and Cole Caulfield, the youth is alive and well thanks to St. Louis' leadership. The next Hab who we want to see fulfill his potential will be Juraj Slafkovsky, who was drafted 1st overall--no pressure or anything right?
