Jordan Binnington tries to trip Sam Carrick as he drops the gloves with his teammate
Jordan Binnington has already established a reputation of being one of the most unhinged goalies in the NHL. Last night he continued to build upon that reputation. Late in the 3rd period Sam Carrick and Tyler Tucker became engaged near the Blue's net.
After initially trying to push the two apart the two drop the gloves. At that point Binnington comes over and tries to hook out Carrick's right knee, but he's unsuccessful. Binnington thinks twice and let's the two men drop the gloves without interference.
It's clear that it didn't go unnoticed as Anthony Stolarz can be seen coming out of his net while this was all going down. Both Walker and Carrick were given 5 minute majors and the Blues won the game 6-2.
