Kyle Dubas gets into it with Tampa Bay Lightning fans after Morgan Rielly hits Brayden Point

In the midst of a tightly contested third period with the Tampa Bay Lightning leading the Leafs by one goal, Brayden Point went suffered and injury, and it looked like he could have missed significant time in the playoffs once again.

While skating in the Leafs' zone to retrieve a loose puck, Rielly delivered a clean check to Point, who seemingly wasn't expecting contact and crumbled awkwardly into the boards. As Point stood up and shakily skated away before collapsing on the ice, with a line scrum initiating behind him.

Rielly was initially assessed a five minute major for boarding and a game misconduct, but upon review, the only penalties game against Tampa Bay for the ensuing scrum. Fortunately, Brayden Point was able to return to the game, dodging his unfortunate playoff injury history.

After the hit Tampa Bay Lightning fans began to give it Leafs' General Manager Kyle Dubas, who like his team tonight wouldn't back down.
