Nazem Kadri could be available for Game 1 of the Stanley Cup
When Nazem Kadri suffered an injury at the hand of Evander Kane, many felt his season was over. Kadri underwent surgery on his injured thumb and the prognosis was good. With the Avalanche sweeping the Oilers it gave the Avalanche some additional time to heal.
With the Lightning and Rangers series guaranteed to go at least 2 more games, Kadri also will have some additional healing time. According to Adrian Dater, an Avalanche reporter he has been told by an independent medical professional Kadri should only miss 7-10 days and could be ready for that next series start date.
Getting Kadri back would be a significant boost for the Avalanche. With the Stanley Cup Finals set to start June 15th or 18th it's conceivable that Kadri could make a return in time for Game 1.
