Player loses his temper and ignores the code as he absolutely feeds downed opponent his lunch
Hockey's code has been around since the game began. The rules that players use to self govern are meant to keep players safe. Every once and awhile though someone cross that line and things escalate to a point that but people in danger.
In this video a player can be seen feeding shots to a downed opponent. The downed opponent appears to be completely turtled covering his head and neck. Usually when a player is in a vulnerable position another player isn't going to feed him unanswered shots.
Now there is no context behind this video and maybe something occured to set this off. It's also of note, no one on the player in whites team appears to come to his aid, which often tells a story in its own.
