Recently release Arizona Coyotes video continues to embarrass the franchise
The famous «rookie lap» is a storied tradition in the NHL for sometime now. This is when a player playing in his first career NHL game will do a solo lap before being joined by his teammates.
The Arizona Coyotes released the video of rookie Michael Kesselring taking part in his rookie lap.
The video is catching the eye of the mainstream but probably for all the wrong reasons.
The amount of empty seats is embarrassing. When you consider that the Coyotes play their home games at the Arizona State University which holds 5,000 it makes it even worse.
The Coyotes have made themselves look foolish releasing this video but it's not the first bad move the organization has made and it certainly won't be the last.
