Ryan Reaves slashes Pat Maroon in the nuts
The temperature in the game between the New York Rangers and Tampa Bay Lightning is beginning to heat up. The end of Wednesday night's game resulted in a scrum involving the two men. It appears that that incident had carried over to tonight.
Just two minutes into the game to two began to joist off the faceoff. On the play Reaves got carrier away and slashed Pat Maroon in the balls.
Reaves was given 2-minutes for slashing on the play. The Lightning scored seconds later to give themselves a 1-0 lead.
