Ryan Reaves to sign multi-year contract with Canadian team
Ryan Reaves is the NHL's undisputed heavyweight champion and after spending the last half of the season with the Minnesota Wild, Reaves has decided to test free agency. It appears as though Reaves has already found his new home.
As multiple rumors begun to leak it appeared Reaves was very high on the Toronto Maple Leafs wishlist. Now it appears that deal is going to come to fruition the moment free agency opens. According to David Pagnotta the two parties are already in agreement on a multi-year deal.
Expecting a multi-year deal for Reaves and the Maple Leafs tomorrow.
With the Maple Leafs looking to get bigger and tougher this is certainly a move in that direction.
