The Chicago Blackhawks are expected to rebuild and it appears that has already begun as it's been announced the Chicago Blackhawks are trading Brandon Hagel.
Hagel is currently in the 1st year of a 3 year contract paying him a cap hit of $1,500,000 per season. The 23-year old is in his 3rd NHL season and has put up 21 goals and 16 assists in 55 games this season, while playing all 3 forward positions.
