Tom Wilson absolutely destroys Jack Campbell
Tom Wilson has a reputation for being a trouble maker and when he's playing with an edge, he's at his best. That edge was in full display tonight during the first period. While chasing down a loose puck Wilson collided heavily with Maple Leafs netminder Jack Campbell.
On the play it appears that Wilson took the most direct route possible to the puck, but the collision did occur while Campbell was on the edge of his blue paint.
Wilson was given a 2-minute penalty on the play and luckily for the Maple Leafs it appears Jack Campbell was uninjured on the play.
