Well as the season goes deeper and deeper into November and Patrick Kane still on the free agent market, the process of narrowing down which team is in full swing. In fact, yesterday, he met with an eastern conference team.
According to author and sportswriter John Shannon, Kane met with the Toronto Maple Leafs yesterday as part of trying to figure out what team he'll go to; take a look.
Patrick Kane reportedly met with the Toronto Maple Leafs on Tuesday as part of his process of signing with a club, per

Would Showtime put the Leafs at the top of the league?
Kane hasn't played yet this year as he recovers from off-season surgery but the fact that he's meeting with teams suggest that he'll sign soon.
Kane would no doubt add another offensive weapons for the leafs and would probably make it so they would have one of the best top 6's in the league.
If the deal is right, Kane coming to Toronto would make sense, but I don't think they need him either.
With the Leafs over in Sweden at the moment if Kane were to sign with them it wouldn't be until after they get back.
The Patrick Kane watch is in full swing. It'll be interesting to see where he ends up
