Two Goats Will Team Up During The All-Star Game
One of hockey's greatest rivalries has been borne out of the Metropolitan Division with the Washington Capitals and Pittsburgh Penguins being fierce playoff competitors often, and the 2004 and 2005 drafts consecutively gifting the teams Sidney Crosby and Alex Ovechkin.
In a strange but fun turn of events, the All-Star Game promises a team-up of immense proportions.
This Friday during the All-Star Game, Alex Ovechkin and Sidney Crosby will team up during the NHL Breakaway Challenge.
Last year, we saw wacky and creative breakaways so, it will be interesting to see what these two goats will come up with. With how much fire they have competing against each other, turning that energy into a creative and fun event, it should make it worth a watch.
Two future Hall of Famers shouldn't have much problem making something like this fun, 1,353 total goals combined and one killer slap-shot should make this an interesting contest.
