Edmonton Oilers Head Coach Jay Woodcroft slips up during a live interview claims player was 'laying good d***'

The Edmonton Oilers defeated the Detroit Red Wings 5-2 last night. The game wound up being far more physical than anyone would have expected. After the game, Oilers' Head Coach Jay Woodcroft, took part in a post game media scrum.
During that scrum Woodcroft let go of a hilarious slip. When commending a player for his consistency, repeating that he was laying good game after good game, Woodcroft instead said the player was
The hilarious slip up was caught in the Tik Tok above. You can see Woodcroft quickly realizes his mistake, and hurries on with the statement to hide the embarrassment.
Woodcroft has already been a popular coach in Edmonton since taking over for Dave Tippett, and harmless and hilarious mistakes like this will only endear more fans to him.
