Montreal Canadiens Kirby Dach has hilarious response after exchanging words with a fan
Kirby Dach of the Montreal Canadiens made many in the stands laugh during a game against the Ottawa Senators after a funny response to fan that was yelling at him
For the second game in a row, the Montreal Canadiens went into a preseason matchup that became far more intense than it likely needed to be. The Canadiens and Ottawa Senators exchanged plenty of hits and words in the game, with the Habs Kirby Dach taking the trash talk to whole new levels.
At one point in the game, Kirby Dach had to go to the dressing room after a hit by the Ottawaa Senators Ridly Greig.
Kirby Dach returned to the matchup, and decided he'd had enough of Grieg and challenged him to a fight. The fight was as intense as the game, with both men throwing big punches.
As Kirby Dach was going to the back following the dustup with Ridly Grieg, he started having words with a fan who seemed to be yelling things at him. Dach ended the exchange by telling the fan to have his girlfriend give him a call.
The Montreal Canadiens are now looking for players on the roster to step up in the absence of Patrik Laine, whose left knee was injured in a game against the Toronto Maple Leafs Saturday night. Kirby Dach can certainly be that player, and has something to prove after missing all but two games in the 2023-24 regular season after tearing both his ACL and MCL. Moves like this will definitely get him noticed.
