Brad Marchand gives hilariously inaccurate lineup update while also taking a shot at Nick Foligno
Brad Marchand is one of the few players in the NHL willing to show his true personality. He is willing to do it whenever given the opportunity and today was no different. As Marchand took the opportunity to approach the podium before tonight's game. He decided to give it impromptu line up update.
Unfortunately for all in attendance Marchand's update was unfortunately inaccurate. As he provided information that Taylor Hall would play tonight, which has since been confirmed not to be true. Marchand also use the opportunity to take a shot at his teammate Nick Folgino.
If the NHL was smart, they would take opportunities to help market the game by marketing players similar to Marchand. However, the league has done everything possible to simply market robots instead of trying to grow the game.
