JT Miller's Wife Reveals Terrifying Injury their Son Suffered
Natalie Miller, JT Miller's wife, recently described a shocking injury the couple's son went through this year.
JT Miller and his entire family have had quite the season. Months of drama and speculation surrounded them as his time in Vancouver came to a close.
Eventually, he was reunited with the New York Rangers as the Canucks traded him back to the club that originally drafted him.
But apparently, the family has dealt with more off-ice drama that we were not aware of.
The couple's youngest son apparently had quite the scary incident earlier in the season after he jammed his finger in a door at their home, chopping off his pinkie.
Natalie Miller described the situation and her son's bizarre reaction to it on a podcast.
"I heard this bloodcurdling scream and its my littlest, my 2 year-old boy, got his pinky shut in our mudroom door, the hinge part, just severed her right off. We're on our way walking him to the operating room and my son is chanting 'Pinky Miller' all the way down, all the nurses are dying, they all know that it's J.T.'s son and he wouldn't stop. After the surgery he was [looking at his hand] and going 'I'm Pinky Miller!"
Since returning to the Rangers, Miller has turned his season around, recording 5 goals and 10 points in 9 games.
This has helped stop the bleeding for the Rangers as they are 5-5-0 over their last ten games, but they remain 4 points back from the second wild card spot in the Eastern conference.
If they do make the playoffs, Miller figures to be a big part of the reason why, so be sure to keep an eye on him for the remainder of the season.
In the meantime, hopefully his son will avoid those dangerous doors.
