Philadelphia Flyers making MAJOR change to their uniform ahead of next season as they try and rebuild the team
The Philadelphia Flyers fan base has watched their team go from the age of the Broad Street Bullies, to what the team is now. The team has lost their identity and lost the level of fight and determination that the City of Philly loves so very much. While capturing their old school mentality won't be easy, the Flyers are taking a step to help return the team's former greatness.
According to Flyers Nation, the Flyers have made the decision to turn back the clock and bring back one of the teams most popular uniforms ever.
The #Flyers are reportedly changing their home and road uniforms for the 2023-2024 seasonthrowing it back to the 80's and 90's.
They will also switch to the original shade of orange used from 1967-1999.

Fans were immediately very receptive to the idea, but along with the jerseys of course the fans wanted to see the return of the Flyers old school mentality.
This could be the first positive change for the franchise as new General Manager, Daniel Briere looks to lead the organization back to greatness.
