The Boston Bruins find themselves on the outside looking in. With their lockers already cleared out, they're preparing for an early summer. The Bruins fell to the Hurricanes in 7 games, in what feels like it could be the end of an era in Boston. Many questions surround the team, like the future of Patrice Bergeron and Bruce Cassidy.
Boston Bruins' Insider, Ian McLaren recently made a suggestion that the Bruins should consider trading Brad Marchand, if in fact Bergeron does retire.
If Patrice Bergeron retires, the Bruins should definitely explore the trade market for Brad Marchand.
That's a bold suggestion and it actually caught the attention of Brad Marchand who took the time to respond.
It's clear Marchand doesn't intend on leaving Boston anytime soon and with 3 years left on his deal and a full no movement clause, Marchand doesn't have to go anywhere.
