Former NHLer Jason Arnott was on the Cam and Strick Podcast and told a funny story about playing with Alexander Radulov.

Arnott was telling a practice story of Radulov shooting pucks at the other end of the ice while the rest of the team was working on a drill along the boards. Arnott took him aside and let him have it. Things got so bad Arnott had to have meetings with the current head coach at the time Barry Trotz.

Radulov is known to have character problems. He was drafted by the Nashville Predators and played there for two seasons before breaking his contract to return to Russia in 2008. He came back to the NHL in 2012 and played a few games with Nashville again before breaking team rules partying and thus getting suspended a game. He returned to Russia soon thereafter.

The 35 year old is currently playing with the Dallas Stars. He is coming off a career worst season with 4 goals and 22 points in 71 games. He has an ugly plus minus at -20. He is playing out the final year of a five year contract he signed in 2017 with a cap hit of 6,250,000.

Radulov's Stars are playing the Calgary Flames in the first round of the playoffs. The series is tied at 2-2. Radulov has played three out of the four games going without a point. Game 5 is Wednesday.
