Former UFC Fighter passes away at 34 years old
The world will remember Elias Theodorou as the former UFC Fighter, but to those who knew him he'll be remembered as so much more. Yesterday the sad news was released that Theodorou had lost his quiet battle with Stage 4 Liver cancer.
Theodorou had battled quietly through the illness, while only informing a small group of friends and family of his illness. The Mississauga, Ontario native made history as the winner of the Ultimate Fighter: Nations. But beyond the fight game, Theodorou was a huge hockey fan.
The 34-year-old also worked very hard to support charities like Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer.
Theodorou will be missed by anyone who had the opportunity to meet him. A donation has been made in Theodorou's name.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of Elias friends and family.
