Kadri Takes A Major Step Towards Playing
Colorado Avalanche coach Jared Bednar believes that injured centreman Nazem Kadri will have an opportunity to return at some point during the finals.
"I believe he is an option for us at some point,"
Bednar said.
Kadri skated with the main group and looked pretty good taking shots and handling the puck.
Kadri has been out since undergoing thumb surgery after Game 3 of the Western Conference Final against the Edmonton Oilers. Prior to his injury, Kadri had six goals and fourteen points in thirteen games.
It will be interesting to see if Bednar has Kadri in the lineup on Wednesday night for Game 4 or if he will need to wait until the series is back at Ball Arena for Game 5 on Friday.
