Leon Draisaitl trolls Marc-Andre Fleury during a stoppage and it's hilarious
Last night, the Edmonton Oilers defeated the Minnesota Wild 5-2. During the game, Leon Draisaitl had some fun with Minnesota goalie Marc-Andre Fleury. Fleury's blocker came off and was towards the left faceoff circle. As Fleury skated over to pick up his blocker.
Draisaitl pushed his blocker with his stick so Fleury couldn't reach his blocker. During this time, it looked like Draisaitl had a few words for Fleury as well.
Fleury was not amused by this and ripped off Draisaitl's helmet. Kirill Kaprizov and Jon Merrill came to Fleury's defense and got involved for some pushing and shoving. Watch the replay it's worth it.
This was an entertaining moment between Draisaitl and Fleury. Although Fleury was not impressed at the the time. Fleury is known for pulling pranks on his teammates so maybe he will find this amusing after the game. perhaps some tempers flared but for fans it was amusing.
It looks like Draisaitl is becoming more comfortable playing the role of antagonist, I'd be willing to bet that if this continues, teams aren't going to take to kindly to his antics
