Mika Zibanejad walks Brady Skjei and picks the top corner
The New York Rangers are trying to extend their series against the Carolina Hurricanes to 7 games. With the Canes leading the series 3-2, the series has shifted back to New York. With the Rangers on the powerplay, Mika Zibanejad saw an opportunity and he took it.
Zibanejad came down the wing with speed and found a hole in the Hurricanes defense. Zibanejad was able to walk past former teammate, Brady Skjei and pick a corner behind Antii Raanta.
The Rangers are currently leading the game 4-1 in the 2nd period.
