Philadelphia Flyers' General Manager, Chuck Fletcher has received a ton of criticism this off-season. After promising to look at adding a difference maker to the lineup the Flyers have fallen short on their promise to make big moves.
Fans are still upset the Flyers didn't make a play for Johnny Gaudreau, especially after Fletcher stated it was "too tough" to create cap space for such a move. The Flyers who were reportedly Gaudreau's first choice never even made an offer.
However, it now looks like Chuck Fletcher is looking to make a move. According to The Fourth Period, the Flyers and Chuck Fletcher are trying to move former 1st round pick, Travis Konecny.
The 25-year-old was drafted by the Flyers 24th overall in 2015 and has put up 110 goals, and 271 points in 428 games with the Flyers.
If the Flyers are serious about moving Konecny there will likely be plenty of interest in the forward who brings an element multiple teams are lacking.
