Scary injury in Toronto - Point forced to leave the game
The Tampa Bay Lightning are looking to keep their Stanley Cup threepeat hopes alive, but it appears they'll have to do that without Brayden Point. During the 1st period on a play that was rule offside, Brayden Point appears to put on the brakes but he immediately falls to the ice and grabs for his groin.
Point somehow managed to get himself to his feet, but he was unable to put any weight on his right leg as he made it to the lockerroom.
The Lightning currently lead Game 7, on a Nick Paul goal late in the 1st.
Update: Brayden Point is back on the ice for the 2nd period.
